Many people jumped into this program when it launched last March due to the high returns and association with real businesses. But as often happens, the program quickly grew and people stopped getting paid. It was destined for the SCAM bin.

The admin in the meantime, according to what I've learned from reading the site and forum, has been working on registration with the SEC, so that shares could be sold to investors.

Here is an announcement from the admin rec'd on 09/24/06:

Below are the instructions for withdrawals, once the balances are uploaded.


Withdrawals to Your Payout:

1. Click on the Member's Entrance button on the left or bottom of the page and login.
2. On the Menu page, click on "Withdrawal Request".
3. You will see your Available Unpaid Balance Amount.
4. Click on the Request Withdrawal Button.
5. Type in the Amount you wish to Withdraw in Withdrawal Limit.
Note: Daily Maximum Withdrawal Amount is $1,000.00US
6. Your Withdrawal Amount will show.
7. Click: Click here to view withdrawal history.
8. Your Unpaid Account Balance will be reflected subsequent to your Withdrawn Amount.

PSX Payment Department will complete your payout to your e-currency account within 24 hours of your completed Withdrawal Request.

We look forward to a lengthy business relationship with you to continue for many years as we move forward to globally establish new PSX frontiers in universal business successes.

Instructions for Updating PSX Member Account With Your Personal Information

1. Go to https://www.pointsharextreme.com (you may click on the link or copy/paste the URL into your browser. Make sure you have the 's' in http:// ( i.e . https://) in your browser address bar.)

2. Login to your account by going to the Members' Entrance button on the left.
Enter in your Username and Password to log in to the site.

Username: Your PSX registered Username
Password: Use the forgot password function and your password will be emailed to your email you originally used to sign up in PSX
to log in, but you will change it at the bottom of "Edit Account"

Security Code: Enter in the Turing Number as it appears in the box to the right of the 'Security Code' field.

Click on the 'Log In' button to login in to your account.

3. Login and click "I AGREE" on the Terms and Conditions page. If you disagree, then click on "I DISAGREE" and applicable terms shall take effect.

4. As soon as you log in, you will see your Account Summary. It will say ''Account Details for {your name or company name}:''

Please note: Your record will show that you have no purchase history.
Please do not worry about not being able to see your 'Available Balance' or plan purchase histories since that information has not been uploaded to the site yet.

The $200 balance you will see in your account will be the required balance that has to be in your account at all times which is the bank requirement.

BY YOUR UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME, YOU ARE PREPARING YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE TO BE SHOWN IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT TIME OF ACTIVATION.

5. Click on "Edit Account" tab which is in the menu at the left side of your screen.

6. Make sure all your information is accurate.

7. Enter ONLY ONE e-currency account number for the plan you purchased.
For example:
- If you purchased your plan with e-gold, enter your e-gold account number.
- If you purchased your plan with e-bullion, enter your e-bullion account number. you purchased your plan with SafePay, DO NOT ENTER your SafePay account number. REPLACE Your SafePay account number with either your e-gold account number or your e-bullion account number. (The reason for this is because PSX SafePay Funds are temporarily on hold by SafePay and PSX is in negotiations with release of funds shortly.) If you purchased plans with e-gold and e-bullion, then please choose ONLY ONE (1) e-currency account number.

8. Type in the Username of your sponsor. This is the username of the person who introduced you to PSX. Make sure to enter in your sponsor's username if you have one.

9. Change your password by filling the first 2 password boxes/fields with the password you want associated with your PSX account.

Make sure your new password is not your username and that it is one that is very difficult to guess. An alphabet-numeric password is recommended.

10. Fill out the bottom password box/field with your current password. In this case it is your username and it is cAsE sEnSitIvE and must be exactly as you entered it above in number 2.

11. Click on 'Submit' and if you get a message advising you that your account has been successfully updated, it means there were no errors. If you encounter an error message, please re-enter your passwords and click on 'Submit'.

12. Click on 'Logout' and visit PSX Community frequently for any further instructions which we will make available as instructed by our PSX CEO HenryJames Banayat.

13. Enjoy your new PSX site.

14. Payout commencement is upon us as we wait for our PSX CEO/HenryJames Banayat's Notice of Payouts.

* It is highly advisable all members thoroughly read the PSX Terms and Conditions, Disclosure, Anti-Spam Agreement and Disclaimer of PSX. If you have read, acknowledge, accept and agree to the terms of the PSX agreement, click on the "I AGREE" button to proceed.

It is ok that you are registered from SEC.firstly tell me what do you mean by this high returns and association with real businesses.and also the profit rate .

This is a good place to keep Henry's program. He is a thief and an untrustable person. Waited over a year and a half for him to do what he said he would do, and now all he wants is more money. Not from me this time, now he wants the current members to advertise his program and require new money from two new members to pay the current member.

Henry runs a ponzi program. It would be advisable that everyone stay away. And never share his program with anyone. He will not pay...All past payments were lies.

I had not heard of this 'new' membership drive, which sounds pretty twisted. Anyone hanging around this program for the past 12 mos +/- should have learned about Henry early on, never given it or him another thought. Life is too short to waste a second on his BS.
