--------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* WeeklyGold.com is celebrating their 9 Month Anniversary of being a stable HYIP. You don't see too many HYIP's last this long, but we expect them to last a whole lot longer. Keep up the good work Mario!

* Brideby.com has moved their official forum to talkgold.com. Their forum can now be found at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=55

* Mario Degryse, a very respected HYIP expert has been banned from the LPT forum because him and Brian the owner of Talkgold.com did not erase all LPT related posts at talkgold.com. We personally think this is a bit ridiculous. How can they expect to have talkgold remove every post related to LPT? This is very difficult to do, especially for a forum which dedicates it self to "freedom of speech" on HYIPs.

* C2CInvest, a program that was around for a very long time and run by a pretty respectable admin had to close due to the fact that their e-gold account was hacked. They may come back, or they may not. We will keep you updated.

* Several members have emailed us to tell us that GoldHYIP is not making payouts like promised. We have not confirmed this for sure yet, but it looks as if they are a scam.

* Gold-Money has been reported as using pirated Ezy-HYIP software. Jonathan Boles, who is know very well in the HYIP community is the writer of the Ezy-HYIP software, and Gold-Money did not purchase the software rights from him. We would highly recommend you stay away from this program.

* We have recieved several emails from members stating that they have recived spam emails from a program named: Teco Invest. We'd again advise against investing in programs that go about doing business like this.

* GlobalVantage has announced that their server should be down for much of the day due to a server upgrade in bandwidth. They expect to be back up and running later today.

* CaribeFX's server is also experiencing problems, but is expected to come back up shortly.

* Smart Investor appears to have turned out to be a scam. The admin won't answers e-mails and many members are reporting not being paid.

* Many members have reported that Foreign Fund is experiencing problems with their scripts (i.e. money not appearing in member's accounts etc). We do however believe that the program is rather steady and should last a while longer.

--------------------------------------------------

II - WHAT ARE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE RETURNS?

We get many emails asking us if it is possible to earn a particular amount of money from actual investments. There is a wide range of returns offered by HYIPs. We have seen programs offer anywhere from .10% to 200% in one day. It is quite obvious that no investment can continue to pay out 200% per day, but, where is the cutoff between an actual possible return and just a scam.

It is possible to earn extraordinary amounts of money within a day by trading. Sure 200% is feasible in a day if you get extremely lucky, however no program can offer such a return day in and day out. We feel that the maximum amount that any trader can earn on a daily basis is about 3% per day. Even then, most of these traders are not wasting their time and energy with other peoples funds. Ask yourself this. If you could easily earn 3% per day (21% per week, 81% per month and 972% per year), would you be trading for other people? Most likely you would answer this question with a "NO". Therefore we rule out most of the possible programs offering anything more then about 2% per day as legit HYIPs. Even the programs offering 2% per day are mostly ponzi schemes, using new spends to pay off old ones.

In conclusion we have found that unless the programs are run by highly successful traders, real estate entrepreneurs, or other business men, any return of more then 1.5-2% per day is more likely then not, a scam. Does this mean that money can not be made from them? No, you can make money with almost any program as long as you have the right combination of luck, skill, and information.

IV - BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK ADVERTISING:

We have had many people email us asking where they should advertise their HYIP in order to get the most exposure, and credibility. Well, we have 3 favorites, and reasons why we think they are probably the best place to advertise your site at:

#1 - http://www.Gold-hosting.com - probably one of the most trusted and reliable sites out there. They use various inside information, including information that we provide, to rate listed HYIPs on a 10 star scale. They are very accurate. Having your site listed at Gold-hosting.com with a high rating gives it a credibility that is otherwise hard to obtain.

#2 - http://www.GoldRater.com - This new HYIP / Gold Game rating site is run by us. It allows members to advertise their programs for free, or at a premium level which charges $1/day. Also includes a banner rotation and static banners which are very effective.

#3 - http://www.Talkgold.com - (Over 105,000 hits per day) By far the most active HYIP forum on the net. With about 3X's the amount of hits as other HYIP forums, Talkgold only charges about half the price of their competition for advertising.

#4 - http://www.Gamesofgold.com - (Over 25,000 hits per day) In the last month the traffic at Gamesofgold.com has dramatically increased. You can not beat their prices for their premium listings which will get your HYIP off the ground in no time. They also have a mailing list of 1000+ users that you can send a solo ad to for a very low price.

Hopefully this answers some of your questions.

The latest NEWS UPDATE from HYIP Mailer

Quote:
I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Talkgold.com was down for a about 14 hours on 12/5-6 due to a DDOS attack. They are now back online and fully functional.

* GoldGames.org was also hit by a DDOS attack. Why anyone is trying to DDOS helpful HYIP sites, doesn't make much sense to us. These hackers (or whatever you want to call them), don't get any benefit out of performing these attack as far as we know. Speedy Exchange was also a victim of DDOS on December 3rd-4th. Their site is also back up and running. Any server administrator can purchase DDOS proof software called iSecure100 which will stop DDOS attacks. The downside is that it costs close to $20,000 for the software and an additional $4000/year for the subscription. Obviously not many in the HYIP arena can afford this.

* Guaranteed-Lotto.com the new site in the weeklygold network had it's first weekly payout to the winners. This new lottery idea has really caught on. There are no losers in the lotto, only winners.

* It looks as if HedgeSyn is closing up. Apparently they are saying that they have been hacked for 70% of their funds, and if this is the case, this is just another program to close up due to being hacked. This program looked rather promising when it started (although most scams do).

* Edouble club has been reported as not paying. Their site is still up but many members are complaining of not being paid.

* Fox Investments appears to have turned out to be a scam. They are no longer paying, and also not answering any emails.

* WebMoney Private Trade also looks to have turned out to be a scam as well. Jude, the alias of the admin, has not updated anyone on anything. Stay away from this program.

* virtual Investment Club is reported as only paying some members. Perhaps this is a scam that pays a select few investors in order to generate new spends. We would advise again investing into this program.

* Get-Profit (A fairly new HYIP) is using pirated Ezy-HYIP software. Jonathan Boles is the programmer who designed the software and he did not sell it to this HYIP. Whether or not you want to deal with thieves is up to you.

* The Nova-Lights Group has been experiencing server problems, after server DDOS attacks. They are currently looking for a new off-shore server. HOwever they continue to pay.

* Gold Carbone is in a bad situation, they are being blackmailed. The blackmailer is requesting $500, or threatening a DDOS attack. Anyone would be stupid to give into these blackmailers. If they pay one time, then that just makes them vulnerable for more extorsion attempts.

* Gold Carbone and Foreign Fund have been hit with Cease and Desist Orders by the state of Pennsyvania. Whether or not this will affect these programs much is yet to be seen.

* Brideby.com can almost officially be considered a scam now. Payouts are not being performed to members e-gold accounts for the most part (although a very few have successfullly withdrawn their funds). The Admin was seen logged in a their forum on talkgold.com a few days ago, but did not make any updated posts. If this program was still alive (or coming back), the admin certainly would have given an update. Looks as if you can kiss Brideby.com goodbye and throw it up their with the other Historical HYIP Scams

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* The Lawyers the members of FXTO have started making partial refunds to members who had lost money in the program. Some members have recieved about a 35% refund on their spend. We believe that refunds are still being processed and it should take a few more days.

* Guaranteed-lotto.com the new game by the Mario Degryse and the Weeklygold network has really taken off. Spenders into the game seem to really love it a lot. You can see some of the spenders comments at their forum: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=64

* NetCasino777.com has reopened their casino site after a long time of being offline. This knew site allows deposits through moneybookers and other exchangers. We recommend you check them out at http://www.netcasino777.com

* The Weeklygold & Talkgold Network of sites had been experiencing major DDOS attacks the last few weeks. They hope to have corrected the problem, by moving to a new server.

* Fox Investment seems to have closed up, and looks like they were a Ponzi. Site is not accessable, and payouts have haulted.

* PrivatehyipClub's site has disappeared and payouts are not being made as promised. This program lasted a while with low payouts, but they probably too were a Ponzi.

* TheHYIP has also stopped making payouts and looks like a scam.

* Nasdaq Trading has stopped paying. It looks like an obvious ponzi since payouts were 5% daily.

* Gold4Life has also stopped paying, and admin is not answering any emails. I guess they meant you got Gold for the life of a knat (not a person :-)

* Capris Club has haulted payouts, and seems also to be another Christmas time scam.

* Heaven Gold's site has vanished and emails are bouncing. Just another Christmas scam.

* Invest It, a program that wasn't around too long, has closed, and stopped paying members. This appears to have been a Ponzi.

* Gold Equilibrium has turned out to be a scam. Most like another Ponzi scheme that just ran out of funds

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* The Nova-Lights group continues to be down due to major DDOS attacks on their servers. They hope to get back up and running ASAP. For the time being their backup forum where comments and questions may be posted can be found at http://www.talkgold.com

* NetPay, the online payment system, is also down due to DDOS attacks. They have been down for close to a week but hope to get back up soon. If you run a site that is continuosly hit by DDOS and can afford around $1000-$2500 per month please contact us at admin@hyipmailer.com. We do have a solution for these attacks.

* Guaranteed-lotto.com the e-gold/evocash lottery game by the weeklygold network is now fully backed up. If you haven't played this fun lottery where you can't lose anything, and only win, you definetly should give it a try.

* EliteHYIP looks as if they have run off and scammed quite a few members. Payouts stopped last week, and now the site is totally offline. They were around for several months, probably a long lasting ponzi in our opinion.

* PaysPays has stopped paying out members. Recently members discovered that when logging into their accounts, they had an extraordinary amount of cash credited to them. The only problem was that withdrawls were not being processed. Looks like this program is gone for good.

* WebTrade Investment has stopped paying and does not look like they will be coming back. There is no communication with the admin, and payouts had simply stopped.

* Wertek Gold has been reported as not paying members. Any program that offers such high returns like they did (15% daily) can't last very long.

* BestHYIP, the hyip program, not the listing site has supposedly been hacked. This is forcing the admin to have to close the program with no refunds

* It is highly advised to stay away from Sportsarbitrageinvestor.com. They have been reported as a scam, and are also spamming people's e-gold accounts. Stay Away!

* EGold Solution is being reported as not paying by several members. Looks like just another scammer.

* Gold-Invest has shut down their program, using DDOS attacks, and blackmail as an excuse. Whether these are the real reasons for the closure probably won't ever be known for sure.

* E-Goldluck.com, an online casino site has been shut down because the admin was stealing members' e-gold passwords through the script. It's really hard to find a legit online casino out there. (We recommend netcasino777.com since all payment are tranfered via an exchanger and the site is run by Mario Degryse).

* Gold Purchase has turned out to be a Scam as well. Stay away from this program. Payouts have been halted and the admin is not answering emails.

* For those of you who use MSN Messenger, please do not click on any links sent to you via the messenger unless you absolutely know they are legit. The is a weakness in the software that is allowing hackers to send a virus via a link.

-------------------------------------------------

II - THE WIDE WORLD OF HYIP FORUMS:

We get emails all the time asking where investors can find good quality information on various HYIPs. In our opinion, the best places to start are HYIP forums, where one can communicate with other investors to figure out where the best investments are. Below is a list of what we think are the top HYIP forums, each with a different purpose:

http://www.TalkGold.com/forum - Talkgold is the most popular and diverse HYIP discussion forum you will find. With close to 4,000 members and hundreds of posts a day, Talkgold is the place to be for general HYIP discussion, along with other investment talk.

http://www.Privatehyips.com - If you are more interested in Private HYIP's then this site is the place for you. At this forum there are well over 50 different private programs listed and discussed on a daily basis. There is a small $5 fee for a 3 month membership, but in our opinion it is well worth it.

http://www.World-Hyips.com - World Hyips is a recently launch HYIP discussion forum "Where the world discusses HYIPs". Launched only a few weeks ago, there are already over 300 members. If you are not a native speaking English person, then this is the site for you. There are folders to dicuss HYIPs in French, Dutch, Indonesian, Chinese, Spanish, English, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, and more.

http://www.tb2i.com/forum - This is another great HYIP forum. Not as active as Talkgold, but more moderated and to the point. Victor makes sure his members are presented with proffessional advice and a great amount of valuable information.

There are several other forums out there. They may not be as popular as the ones above, but valuable information can still be found. Remember, use all the info you can find to make an educated investment decision.

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Nova-Lights Is still under a DDOS attack. Their backup forum can be found at:
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=69

Apparanetly they have changed thier payout structure and have also locked in everyones deposit for 1 year. The server was back up but is experiencing another DDOS attack. Supposedly they will be back soon with a firewall to protect against these DDOS attacks. There is quite a bit of dicusssion about these changes at thier Talkgold forum.

* Weeklygold.com had a minor problem in payouts this morning due to the server timing out in the middle of the process. They hope to have the backup restored later today and then repeat payouts again. This means your withdrawls won't be honored until the backup is restored and withdrawls requested again. Weeklygold also has some exciting new changes coming up very soon.

* Maestro Gold has stopped paying its members. It is also beleived that they run Royalexus and Real-Earnings. Be cautious.

* Good Life enterprises has also stopped paying their members. There is no communication with the admins. Looks like an outright scam.

* Direct Money Connection stopped paying out members last week, and have yet to answer any emails.

* Forex Zero is stating that their e-gold account has been hacked. It however looks like the program may survive the hacking. We will update you on the situation.

* Warning! If you were at the site, "Big Golden Profit", and played this game, change your e-gold passphrase immediately. There have been reports that they have stolen members PW's through their site.

* HYIP Gold Pool's admin has announced that he is closing his program, and hopes to give everyone 150% of their investment. This program was around for quite some time and we are glad to see an honest admin closing his program correctly.

* InDemand Gold appears to have scammed investors. They were only around for a short period of time but have apparently stolen all members funds

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Please note that someone sent a spam email out several days ago claiming to be from us. It seems as if they were trying to advertise their referral URL for AwPro. Remember, all the emails we send out can be found at http://www.hyipmailer.com/archives.html. whether AwPro was actually spamming their own program or someone one advertising their referral URL is yet to be determined. We have yet to here from AwPro regarding the matter.

* E-Gold has scheduled downtime for January 31st from 7:30 - 16:00 EST. This is longer thent he usual downtime, so there are probably some major changes coming.

* Double in 4, a program that pretty much looks like a scam from the beginning has stopped making payouts.

* GoldenPlans is also not paying their members any longers. They were a program that lasted a good amount of time. Perhaps most of their investments were in the NL group.

* Dino Gold is also being reported that they are not paying. This program appears to have been a Ponzi from the beginning.

* Gold Freedom a program that was paying for a good amount of time, has stopped paying.

* Also Profit E-gold, Forex Zero, Dream HYIP, Save Share, Sun Gold Group, Discover your path to sucess, SteadyFund, Gold Richness, Surreal HYIP, E-Gold Solution, Big HYIP and Forex Pool all stopped paying.

* Netpay an online payment system is finally making their return with new DDOS protected servers. They have been down for around 1 month already but its nice to see them come back.

* Mario of the Weeklygold network has changed Weeklygold.com into a monthly paying program. It will now be paying on a monthly basis. There may be some delays in refunds from Guaranteed-lotto.com as well since Mario will be traveling again this week.

* Probably the most popular HYIP in the past few months, Nova Lights has announced that they will be closing up and refunding all members. We hope they refund everyone like they say but you never know. You can visit their backup forum at http://www.talkgold.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=69 At this forum, there is freedom of speech allowed directed at the NL admins, so all reliable info may be exchanged.

* If you are looking for DDOS proof hosting starting at as low as $200/month, please contact us at admin@hyipmailer.com and we will refer you to the host.

-------------------------------------------------

II - THE NOVA-LIGHTS FALLOUT

With the recent closure of the Nova-lights group, a negative trend in HYIPs has begun. As we said in the past, there are usually 1-4 month periods of downtrends and uptrends which we call the "Peak and Valley Theory." We have just entered a "Valley" period. The closure of Nova-Lights will surely have a ripple effect across the entire HYIP arena. Until another program emerges with the trust and stability, the entire arena will be in a slow earnings funk. Here are some reasons why the entire arena will be affected by this closure;

Nova-lights provided many investors extra revenue which they used to invest into other lesser known programs. The amount of money available to investors has decreased greatly, thus causing the demand curve for HYIPs to shift to the left.

Many other smaller HYIPs relied heavily on Nova-lights even though they claimed to be doing the actual trading. These programs will abruptly crash, multiplying the the harm already done by the Nova-Lights fiasco.

Programs which are Pools, will slowly die out if they do not have a large reserve and or backup plan. These programs will not only be affected by the Nova-Lights closure but also by the closure of all the secondary programs.

Investor confidence has been completely shattered. Nova-Lights was easily one of the most trusted Programs around. Their abrubt closure has sent shockwaves throughout the arena. If investors can't trust NL's, who can they trust?

Hopefully within the next month or two an honest program will emerge out of the rubble, and start an upturn in the arena. For now, remain patient, and don't get too anxious to invest.

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* The Nova-Lights investigation fiasco is really getting ugly. It seems as if there are too many people trying to take action against them in different groups. Mario Degryse has been trying to get a very lasrge group together, and apparently he did. However Mario's been to Arizona and back several times, hoping to get something done. No one really knows how the investigation and refund process is coming along, and no one knows if refunds will be made. We will try and keep everyone updated.

* Weeklygold is currently switching to a monthly payout strategy. Mario said the first payout will be Feb 28th. We will see if this works out or not.

* Refunds are something that are promised a lot in HYIPs. When a program closes, the admin chooses to state that refunds will be given. However these promises usually turn into lies. Here are a few programs that have promised refunds, but have yet to pay out (thanks to e-told): Phillipine Exports, The Investors Group, connections4U, YieldOpps, and Amiscue.

* Talkgold.com has issued new rules for their forum. They can be found in the general folder at the talkgold forum. The reason for the new rules was to prevent personal attacks on other members, as well as stop advertisments in the signatures of posts. Talkgold.com is easily the most popular HYIP forum online, and it appears that the admins want it to be the best. This was a nice move.

* It appears that E-HYIP, which was around since Early April has closed. This is the message from the admin: "E-HYIP has closed due to a hacker who broke in during todays e-gold downtime. He cleaned out our E-Hyip account and the Trading Account and used the current DOS attack on E-Gold to cover his tracks." Whether or not this is true, really can't be told for sure. However they were a very long lasting program, and we are sorry to see them go.

* HYIPMailer.com was down for a little over a week because of domain name issues. We are now back up and running :-)

* AutoSpend.com an online payment system is back up and running after a few minor problems with the script, that caused payments to be sent to wrong accounts.

* Eurotraders, after a long 6 month span of not missing a payout has finally closed. This is believed to be due to their large investments in Nova-Lights.

* Xtreme Investment is claiming that their e-gold account has been hacked. Whether this is true or not is not for us to decide. If it is, we wish them the best of luck.

* The following programs have also stopped paying within the last couple weeks: The Revenue Group, Club Prosperity, HYIP Finance, Nuta Gold, New Year Gold, E-Gold Trade Point, Hot Gold, and Your Future Shares, Forex Zero, Six Percent Weekly, Only Funds, Omex Invest.

* Foreign Fund a program that has been around for quite some time, is launching a new site: FF-bank.com. What this site will be for is still not totally known.

* If you are looking for DDOS proof hosting starting at as low as $200/month, please contact us at admin@hyipmailer.com and we will refer you to the host.

-------------------------------------------------

II - WHAT ARE BELIEVABLE RETURNS?

After this whole Nova-Lights fiasco, our eyes have been opened to what kind of returns are actually possible, and which are not. Is 1.43% a day actually possible to be made in the forex market over a long period of time? Our answer to this is no. If you run a quick search on google for forex traders, and returns, you would see that the top traders usually earn between 5-20% per month. They also have months in which there are losses. At a rate of 1.43% compounded per month which Nova-lights paid, a trader would need returns of atleast 153% per month. Sure I guess its possible to have a great month, but to think that traders could constantly show these gains month after month for nearly 2 years, is just insane. Even the top traders in the world would not be able to put up such earnings, and if they were, why the heck would they be trading with other peoples money? It is clear to us that William of Nova-lights had been telling lies to us investors for years.

Now you may ask, "what kind of returns should I be looking for?" It's really tough to say. Anything offering over 1% a day is without a doubt either engaging in some other type of investing that is extremely risky, a partial ponzi that will fail once new deposits slow, or an outright scam. We will have further articles about the whole Nova-Lights situation along with information on what made them so believable to investors in our upcoming weekly newsletters. For now, stay safe, and don't invest anything you can't afford to lose. Its a gamble.

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* The newest fiasco is with Weeklygold. Mario, the Administartor of the program is missing. Payouts were to be done on February 28th, but Mario never showed up or contacted anyone. No one has seen him online for over a week, and all kinds of possible stories are circulating. One individual claimed to have spoken with him only a few days ago, and said he was having some sort of "problem". Brian of Talkgold is left in the cold about all this and is trying to figure out what Mario is up to. Will Mario come back and revive his program, or vanish for good? Mario Degryse had been a cornerstone in the HYIP arena for over a year. For him to pack up and leave without a warning seems extremely against his usual ways, however with HYIPs you never know who you are dealing with. We recommend that you stay up to date about the whole situation at Talkgold.com. Other info can also be found at Hphyips.com/forum.

* It appears that Unique Investments are experiencing some major problems. We don't know for sure, but it looks as if they have stopped paying, and are not contacting members.

* E-HYIP, a program that was around for a very long time, has closed up, using DDOS attacks and hackings as their excuse. Whether or not this is true, we don't know for sure.

* 555Gold, has closed up also. They have also used the "hacked" excuse.

* Golden-Way, a program that seems to have advertised quite a bit lately, has had some major DDOS attacks according to the admin. Quite a few members are saying that the program has stopped paying. We don't have any confirmation of this but it appears the program may be closing.

* We recommend staying away from Stable Gold, since Program two of their HYIP has failed. Their other program is still on going, but if one failed, it is concievable their other will as well.

* E-Gold has scheduled Maintanance time set for March 1st at 2130 - 2230 EST.

* If you are looking for DDOS proof hosting starting at as low as $200/month, please contact us at admin@hyipmailer.com and we will refer you to the host.

-------------------------------------------------

II - WHEN IS IT TIME TO STEP IN WITH A LAWYER?

This past month has been a very stressful month for a lot of us. Nova-Lights has closed, and so has a few other respected HYIPs. In the last month there were several groups of people who wanted to hire lawyers to try to force William of Nova-Lights to refund their money. This probably did more harm then anything else. The vast # of people invested in Nova-Lights caused a very unorganized mess to erupt. Some people wanted to wait for William to refund them on his own, others wanted to hire one lawyer, while the rest wanted to hire other lawyers. Arguements broke out amoung members and even death threats were brought about by this mess. Nova-Lights is probably one of the Largest HYIPs ever to exist online. There have been reports of up to $80 million being invested in Nova-Lights. We are in unprecidented territory.

William Now claims to be heading towards refunding members. The problem lies in whether or not we should wait and see if he does, or jump the gun and hire attorneys to try and force the money from him. Waiting could give him time to cover up his tracks, while immediately hiring lawyers may force William to stop any ideas of refunds and wait for the law to handle the mess. Members of Nova-Lights are basically stuck in a very bad situation. Hopefully the coming months prove to be worth all the time and energy spent in dealing with the entire NL's fiasco.

Our suggestion is to do what you think is best. Remember that you took the risk knowing very well that you could lose your funds. Try not to get too hostile with others, and just relax. You should not have invested if you were not prepared to lose the money in the first place. Yelling at others and threatening them will not help the situation.

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* After a long few weeks of no news from the Weeklygold Camp. We were just notified that Brian Of Talkgold.com had recieved an email from Mario stating that refunds will be made to WeeklyGold members but will take some time. Mario has finally contacted Brian after a long span of ignoring his emails and phone calls. In our opinion this is a very good sign for Weeklygold Members as well as members of Mario's SP1 program. For more info on the Weeklygold situation, please refer to: http://www.Talkgold.com

* Nova-Lights has announced that after doing several TMA refunds, their E-gold accounts have now been locked. Refunds will have to wait some time for legal matters to take care of themselves. Don't hold your breathe, but also realize that all hope of refunds are not lost.

* Mega Invest, a faily new program has been caught copying text directly from ComShares. We personally wouldn't invest into a program that doesn't take the time to write their own information.

* Infinite Financial Group's website is back online after some downtime, and continues to be one of the longer lasting HYIPs out there.

* SpaceGold's admin has reported that someone is sending out SPAM appearing to be from their email account. However it is not them sending it, and you can verify this by checking the senders IP. Supposedly the email carries with it a Trojan Worm.

* PrivateTrader has announced that their e-gold account has been hacked and changed on the site. They have corrected the problem, but some members have lost funds due to this. We wish the admin of PrivateTrader the best of luck with his program.

* Sadario's website is currently offline. The reason is that they are changing hosting companies and are experiencing some problems with the move. Their site has been up and down the last few days.

* Scolide has stopped paying and the site has been suspended. Looks like a scam from the start.

* Pretty Pay seems to have some problems and looks like they may have turned out ot be a scam.

* e-BlackGold's website has been taken offline, possible due to Spamming. We have not confirmed this though.

* The following programs have stopped paying as well: Gold Egold, Gold INV Fund, Financial Work, Vision Investments, and Sbets.

* The news on Get Weekly Profit is that they have been having some major DDOS attacks. It seems as if they've been down for quite some time for only having DDOS attacks. We will keep you updated.

* gosuccess, a website that says they have all types of inside info on HYIPs seems to have been sending out thousands of spam messages advertising their site. Worse yet, the info on their site very bad. They claim that a guy who uses the username Aceriker runs the program Sadario. This is totally false, and we can confirm it. They also advertise an HYIP on their site, acting as if it is a program that they invest in, but in fact it is their own program (most likely a scam).

* If you are looking for DDOS proof hosting starting at as low as $200/month, please contact us at admin@hyipmailer.com and we will refer you to the host.

II - HYIP ARENA COMPARED TO THE US ECONOMY

I thought I would write a little piece on the similarities between the HYIP arena and the US Economy. Just as the US economy has its Recessions, valleys, expansions and Peaks, so does the HYIP market. Right now we are probably just coming out of a "recession" and "valley" starting to embark on an HYIP "expansion. Unlike the US economy, the peaks and valleys come in 2-8 month intervals instead of 2-8 year intervals. How does the US economic sector bring the economy of of a recession? By reducing interest rates. This can be compared to the HYIP arena offering lower interest rates to bring peoples confidence in the programs up. By HYIPs continuing to emerge with lower rates of return, investor confidence seems to rise. Why is this? Probably due to the fact that a majority of HYIP investors are, believe it or not, realists who know that high rates of return have much higher risks and are thus probably scams to begin with. As the expansion of the HYIP arena reaches its !
peak, once again programs admins (usually scammers) will scrable to make a few bucks seeing that some reliable program will soon crash. As a consequence they start programs that offer higher rates of return to quickly seduce the now wealthy investors into trying to gamble with some of their newly found funds. All in all the HYIP arena is not at all as stable as the US Economy, but this is why HYIPs often pay much more then the comman US stocks.

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Mario Degryse of Weeklygold has yet to post anything publicly about the status of his 3 programs (Weeklygold, Guaranteed-lotto, and SP1). Supposedly he was going to make a public statement at Talkgold at the end of this week. So far nothing has been posted. For updates about the issue, please stay tuned to Talkgold.com

* http://www.hphyips.com has been sold by Phil. The new owners are very knowledgable about the arena, and should make the the site a very informative place for investors to learn and discuss the ins and outs of the HYIP world. Who are the new owners? We are! You heard us correctly. We have purchased HPHYIPs.com and will do our best to extend the popularity of this site.

* Online Forex Trade appears to be gone. Their site is gone and there are reports that they are no longer paying. The admin of this program claimed that his e-gold account had been hacked and payouts should resume again in April. Whether or not they will is yet to be seen.

* Get Weekly Profit is back online after recovering from some DDOS attacks. Hopefully the program continues to run without further disruptions.

* Cola Gold, which was an obvious Ponzi, that only lasted a little more then a week closed up. Looks as if the Admin made off with some good money unfortunately.

* APS Finance has closed up claiming that they recieved a Trojan that stole their e-gold passphrase. Why don't these admins protect their PC's with firewalls and anti-virus software?

* The following programs have been reported as not paying: Gold Mechanics, Duble Your Money, ForexProfit.cc, Century of Gold, Hotreturns, and Cacheofcash.

* If you are looking for DDOS proof hosting starting at as low as $200/month, please contact us at admin@hyipmailer.com and we will refer you to the host.

II - OUR TRUST HAS BEEN VIOLATED

The last 2 months have been an eyeopener in the HYIP Arena. Two Programs in which atleast 5,000 individuals put their trust into as being 2 of the few honest programs around, have vanished. The two programs were Nova-Lights and Weeklygold. If we can't trust the programs that seemed to be run by completely honest invidiuals (William and Mario), then what programs can we trust? I hate to say it but, the simply facts are that we can't trust anyone in this arena.

After coming to the above conclusion we still feel there are honest people out their running programs, but there are 10-20 times as many scammers and thieves. If you get into good programs early, and have a little luck on your side, money can eaily be made in this arena. I'm sure that within a few months another Mario or William will emerge. This time make sure you don't fall into a web of deception and lies which many of us have in the past 2 months. Stay smart, don't overly compound/put too much faith into one program, and only invest what you can afford to lose. If you follow these 3 rules you will succeed in the HYIP arena

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* http://www.hphyips.com as you know has been purchased by us. We are striving to make this one of the top HYIP communities online and have teamed up with some great people to provide a great honest HYIP rating service and forum.

* An email is going around from: alexgoldrating@hotmail.com claiming that he can increase your rating at any rating sites. We have been informed by several rating sites that if your program is illegally voted on, they will remove your listing and let everyone know that your program is a scam (including us). It is highly recommended that you do not use this guys service. Goldrater has informed us that they have already removed several programs and have decreased the ratings on others.

* About a week ago Talkgold's admin Panel was hacked. The hacker gained access to the mass mail feature and subsequently mass spammed all Talkgold members. Please realize that Talkgold did not send this mail, and that Brian has secured the script to prevent this from happening again

* Weeklygold looks as if it can be classified as a scam. Mario has not been in contact with anyone for several weeks. He has claimed that he will be processing refunds this week. We have yet to see this happen. There still is some hope, but as each day passes the little glimmer of hope fades away more and more.

* Octavian-Holdings has completely refunded everyone in their last program. We do not see this too often in the HYIP world, and in our opinion this shows the admins honestly. Dan has started a new program which members will have to re-register for.

* Forex Invest seems to have stopped paying its members. Around for several months, this comes as a surprise to many people. We feel that they are gone for good.

* HYIP.org has stopped making daily payments. There has been no word from the admin as to what has caused the problems. In our view the program is gone and was simply a ponzi scheme that did not last very long.

* SBets is no longer accepting new investors. As for old investors they claim that they will continue to pay. We will have to wait and see.

* E-gold Stock also quit paying its members. Looks as if they are yet another scam.

* Infinite Financial Group is having some very serious financial problems. After paying for over 11 months their rates have significantly declined. They have been highly rated on many respected HYIP rating sites, however the last 2 months have not been good. Hopefully they can make a comeback. We will all just have to take the wait and see approach.

-------------------------------------------------

II - THE FUTURE OF HYIPS MAY CHANGE FOR THE GOOD

After the HYIP community has seen most of the big programs that everyone had faith in just collapse so quickly with no warning, a lot of people have given up on HYIPs. First it was Nova Lights, then Weeklygold, and a few other big programs. HYIPs have really had an up and down trend in the past few years. When the big programs collapse, there is a downturn in the amount of investors out there for a few weeks.

After so many people have seen that programs that pay such high returns don't ever last, and end up usually being Scams or Ponzis, I believe HYIPs will change for the better. My prediction is that within a month or so, we will start seeing a great change in the formats of HYIPs. Currently HYIPs pay between 1-7% Weekly (anything over this is definetly not classified as an investment program). In a short amount of time, I predict we will be seeing the emergence of lower paying HYIPs that will pay between 0.10% - 1% Daily for longer periods of time. The reason for this is because these types of returns are definetly possible with good forex and stock trading. Most of the talented traders who can actually earn these types of returns usually set pretty high investment minimums that range anywhere from $50,000 to $10,000,000 and even higher. What I am personally hoping for is that a few individuals with the ability to hire talented traders will start some lower paying HYIPs t! hat offer a more secure return.

Everyone has to understand, however that even the best forex traders in the world trading with the lowest leverage still carry with them some risk. I really expect that HYIPs will turn to these types of traders, which will in turn make the HYIP community more secure, and less risky. Does this mean that I believe there will be no more Scams, or Ponzi's? Absolutely not, but with the careful analysis of certain programs we may be able to profit a bit more in the future.

-------------------------------------------------

III - BRIAN'S (OF TALKGOLD.COM) THOUGHTS ON HYIPS

Hey I thought I'd post my feelings towards the entire HYIP arena. Feel free to chime in with your opinions.

Having been involved in this arena for a couple years now, I have come to the conclusion that like Edward of HYIPMailer has often said, HYIPs are just like the cycle in the economy. There are flourishing times of huge payouts, and money flowing out of our ears, and then a major program collapses and we go into an HYIP Recession. This is a cycle that is never ending and is usually identified by the emergence of another bunch of fairly large and supposedly stable programs.

It seems to me that there are always 2 or 3 major programs running at a time. A couple months ago, the Big two programs were Weeklygold and NovaLights. Now the major two programs are probably Foreign Fund and Freeland opps. As time passes these programs will fade away and 2 or 3 new mega-money programs will develop.

Now, the bad news. In my opinion, 95-98% of all the programs out there are partial ponzi schemes, or scams. The remaining 2-5% of programs are legit programs that will eventually fail, but hopefully refunding their members. It is tough to find a program that has actually made it past the 2 year mark.

Now the tough thing to do is to learn how to earn from these programs. Whether you invest in the 95-98% group, or the 2-5% group, you can easily make a good amount of returns.

Our Strategy and Thinking:

Since you do not know whether or not the programs you are investing in are in fact in the 2-5% group of legit programs, we must assume every program will eventually fail and not process refunds. Assuming this, you must now decide which programs to get yourself involved in. Timing is the key to your success.

You don't want to get into a program too early, for many programs last only a couple weeks and then the admin either gets anxious or bored. On the other hand if you enter a program too late, you may miss out on the prime of the program. Therefore we recommend that you pay close attention to forums such as Talkgold.com, HPHYIPs.com, and even rating sites, especially Gold-Hosting.com. Wait for a program to have atleast a month under its belt. If it seems as if the program is getting a lot of respect and growing at a rapid rate, this is the time to enter. You want to enter before the peak of its popularity, but not too early. With any luck you will get in at just the right time, thus even if the program decides to go the way of a scam, you will easily make a profit on your investment (atleast hopefully).

Another Suggestion we have is to not overly rely on compounding. Compounding is where the scammers make out best. They know that by offering compounding accounts they can survive much longer then programs which do not offer compunding. This gives them more time to accumilate a large amount of members funds before running off. If the program stresses compounding, then it is best to not compound. This way if the program is a scam, you will benifit from the compounding indirectly since everyone else is compounding, helping the program last longer.

To sum things up, I really believe that the HYIP arena will continue strong for years to come. There are just too many gamblers, and people looking for an easy buck out there for this arena to crumble

II - Money Lost in HYIP. Whos fault is it?
-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Get Paid for posting messages - http://www.GPTForum.com/forum - has just launched its new forum. This is a new forum dedicated to all types of Money making opportunities including HYIPs, GPT programs, MLMs, and more. Looks like it should be a huge success. As a promotion they are giving cash rewards to the top 3 members every 2 weeks. Once again the site can be found at: http://www.GPTForum.com/forum

* GoldRater.com is reporting that they will now be removing all cheat votes from all program, and deleting programs from their listing site from those admins that are cheating. They will also be providing us with the names of the programs which are using various methods to increase their ratings on the site.

* Mario of Weeklygold.com has began to refund some members. Not much has been refunded thus far ($1200 as reported), but a few members have been. The refund process is expected to take up to a year but all members should be refuned according to Mario.

* Forex E-gold's website is gone. It appears that this obvious ponzi scheme is gone for good.

* Invest2Double a program that was rather successful for a short period of time seems to have vanished. Their website is gone and their admin is not answering questions.

* A lot of spam seems to be going around advertising Game3. Whether or not this email is coming from the admins of the program or from some other outside source is unknown.

* There have been several reports of S&S Investments not paying. We are not certain whether these reports are true or not. This program is run by someone who uses the username: sceptre at talkgold.com. The Program forum can be found at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=68

* Foreign Fund / FF-Bank seems to be having some major problems. Whether these problems are fabricated to give the admin a chance to run off, or if these are legit is not known. However this program was supposed to be moved over to FF-Bank by the end of March, and the process is still on going. This could very well be the end of Foreign Fund.

* HYIProfits, a program that is fairly new, appears to be gone already. Last payouts were made on April 5th. Since then we don't believe anyone has been paid. Looks like just another Scammer.

* Get Weekly Profit, a program that has been in the HYIP community for quite some time now (over a year) seems to be having some major problems. Members don't seem to be able to withdrawl funds and the admin doesn't seem to be updating their members. We can only wait and see if this program is still around, or if it has taken off.

* Sadario Investments has closed down. Looks as though no members even made a profit. Program admins that run these types of scams should be locked up and thrown in jail. It was most likely a scam from the start.

* Other programs that have stopped paying include: Jumpers Gold, Get Rich Stay Rich, Gold Stages, Hifi-Hyip, 300 Gold, and Popular Gold.

* Gold-Trader an exchange service is now back up and working after some downtime. They have also finished all the transactiosn that were made prior to the site going down.

-------------------------------------------------

II - MONEY LOST IN HYIP. WHOS FAULT IS IT?

We often get emails from people asking us for advice on what to do to get their money back once a program closes. Usually there is not much you can do. You can try to get a group of people together and hire an attorney but more then likely this will not get your funds back. You can also report the HYIP to the FBI, and other National and International scam agencies, however, more then likely these agencies will not be of much a help, especially for small scale programs that last a few weeks then disappear. William Louden of Nova-lights had millions of dollars of investors funds when he ran off. Even with this large program, I really don't believe the the FBI or any other government agency will do much.

Then there are the programs that actually do work with members funds, but fail. After their failure members usually get angry and threaten to bring the admin to justice. They fail to realize that they invested their money into an HYIP (High Yield Investment Program). High Yield = High Risk. Just because a program fails does not mean that the admin is a scammer or thief. There are plenty of honest programs that fail simply because they made bad investing discissions or were simply unlucky. Investing in HYIPs is a gamble. People should be well aware of this, and if a program fails because of bad investing on the part of the admin, is the admin considered a scammer? In our opinion absolutely not. The problem arises because we are all working over the internet. Its impossible to tell if the admin actually made bad trades, or if he/she pocketed the money and used this as an excuse.

In conclusion, as we have said multiple times in the past, think of HYIPs as a game of poker. You go into them knowing that you could easily lose all your money, but hope to get lucky and walk away rich. People take these program too seriously, and although they have a right to go after the crooks and thieves in the arena, if they went into the program with a mindset of a poker game then the losses would not be as hard to bare

* http://www.gptforum.com/forum is in its 2nd full week sicne launch. Tommorow or th next day winners will be selected for the $10, $5 and $1 prizes. Do be eligible for the prizes, please register at GPTForum and start posting.

* S&S Investments has stopped paying. As we all know the program was run by 2 admins, Stuart, and sceptre. Sceptre is claiming to be making refunds at the best of his ability while Stuart seems to just want to run off with the money. More info on this can be found at http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=94

* Talkgold.com Was hacked on April 17th and this hacker is "Stuart" from S&S Investments. He hacked the site by logging into one of the moderator's talkgold usernames. He got the password from this account because the talkgold moderator used the same password for S&S Investments as they did for Talkgold. Anyhow Talkgold.com has upgraded it's site and is now on a more efficient and user-friendly bulletin board software.

* GoldRater.com an HYIP and E-Gold Game Rating site has removed several false votings and have deleted several member accounts. They will also be providing us with lists of cheaters in the future. This is a warning to those of you that are actually thinking about paying someone to falsely rate your program. It won't work any longer.

* Get Weekly Profit looks to be gone for good. Paying for well over 1 year the program just could not stand alone while other major HYIPs collapsed.

* Schloss Gold also seems to have stopped paying. Around for over 7 months, they easily paid 0.5% per day over that span, but ultimately could not continue.

* Foreign-Fund apparently is also gone. There is no official announcement, but there are rumors that they may come back paying a lower rate in the near future.

* DomiPay, a program that closed up not too long ago, is claiming that the reason for their closure is because the FBI is investigating them. We personally feel that this is hard to believe, but who knows.

* Diversity Loans has stopped making payouts and their website is gone. Looks like just another Ponzi program.

* UQaz and UQaz Share both seem to be gone for good. There is not much communication with the admins, and no word on refunds to date.

* Power Color Game a game that is supposed to pay winners, simply is not paying out. Avoid this game at all costs.

* The following Programs have also closed recently: EL-Gold, GL Invest, HYIProfits, Solar G, Long Invest, and Effected Gold

-------------------------------------------------

II - OUR THOUGHTS ON HYIP BANNER ADVERTISING

In the past few weeks we have seen a lot of discussion pointed towards rating sites, forums and other HYIP related sites. There are a small number of people who are seemingly trying to take down HYIP forums, Rating sites and other sites that relate to HYIPs. Their arguement is that by selling banner spaces to HYIPs that turn out to be a scam, these forums and rating sites are indirectly scamming. We personally laugh at such an accusation. There is no way in determining whether or not the intentions of an admin of an HYIP who wants to buy advertising are good or bad. The burden of trying to keep banners scam free is nearly impossible in this areana. People in the HYIP Arena seem to blame everyone but themselves and the Scamming admin for a programs downfall. Since the program admins usually make a clean break when their program fails, the general investing public go to the next best thing, the sites in which introduced the program to them.

People need to understand that the owners of these rating sites, Forums, Mailing lists (Hyipmailer), and other related HYIP sites can not be blamed for simply selling a banner to someone who turns out as a scammer. If this was the case then Google's new Adsense program would also be in violation of these terms. Google consistantly diplays ads from obvious scam sites including HYIPs. It is impossible to expect every advertising agency and site owner to be responsible for the ads that are purchased on their sites. Afterall they need to pay their hosting expenses somehow. Without banner ads there would not be any sites. In fact we would not be able to publish these articles everyday without the revenue help from ads. Instead of blaming others for your mistakes and the scamming of Program admins, think first
