Dear New Evocash Card Holder: 1. IMPORTANT!!!! The customer service toll free number that comes with the card is ONLY to be used if your card is lost or stolen. DO NOT CALL this number for any other reason. Due to security and privacy reasons this customer service department CANNOT and WILL NOT answer any questions regarding card balance, card transactions, funding questions etc.... they did not send the card to you and therefore cannot help you. 2. At this time you cannot access your card account information online. This feature will be available in the near future. We will notify all card holders by email when this feature is available. 3. You may check your balance on your card at anytime by going to virtually any ATM and performing a balance inquiry. (Please note: Until you perform your first card funding you will be unable to obtain your balance at an ATM). 4. To withdraw funds from your card at an ATM follow these steps: ---Insert your card into the ATM ---Input your PIN when prompted ---Choose CHECKING (not Credit Card, not SAVINGS) as the place from which you wish to withdraw funds. NOTE: if you input the wrong PIN 3 times in a row, the ATM will keep and destroy your card (it would do this with any ATM card – it is a standard bank security measure). 5. When you withdraw funds from an ATM or use the card at a POS location, remember there is a small fee to do so. The fee for an ATM withdrawal is approximately $2.50 and approximately $1.75 for POS transactions. Please note that these fees will be slightly LESS depending on your country's daily currency exchange rate. 6. To load funds on your card please go to: http://www.x- changers.com/card05.html. Be sure to enter your entire card number followed by your email address in the memo section of the transfer. You can put funds on your card from Evocash, E-Gold and Intgold e-currencies. 7. Please refer to our FAQ page at http://www.x- changers.com/card07.html for basic information pertaining to your card, such as fees. Dear Clients: RE: Important information When you receive your card, your PIN will be behind a sticker in an envelope. There will also be a page of instructions from us on the use of your card. VERY IMPORTANT - There is a telephone number provided in the PIN envelope - this number is to be used ONLY if your card is lost or stolen (as it states in the envelope). Some people have been calling the number and asking for their balance. Absolutely no information on your card, its status or any funding is available from that telephone number. These calls have caused problems with this other company. SPECIAL NOTIFICATION: Anyone calling that number for anything other than a lost or stolen card will have their card account closed immediately, funds will not be returned.
