Default Should We Have A Blacklist Section?

Several members of HYIP Search have mentioned that it might be a useful addition to the site if we had a separate section showing a list of scams/closed programs, A - Z.

This would be similar to the e-gold nos. list, and would be updated on a regular basis.

The idea behind this is that it`s an easy and quick way to check whether a program has closed, yet the site is still up, taking in fresh funds.

It`s all too easy for the unwary who haven`t researched a prospective program thoroughly enough to spend to dead programs, thus losing their money.

So, tell us your thoughts about whether you`d like to see this feature incorporated on the site. Vote in the poll then we can take a decision.

Smile Great Idea!

Yes, please have a hot list as johnsonhyip disappeared over night like many others! Last message he left was he was going to forex convention and that was the last anybody heard from him!
As you stated some sites stop paying and yet their site is still up and taking funds.
I think this would be very usefull
Thanks

Thumbs up Good Idea

Yes, the sooner the better. In the last day or two, Gold2005.net turned out to be a deliberate, calculated SCAM

Yes because a lot of these scammers let their sites up long after they have stopped paying.

Any and all ways to cross reference a possible SCAM are a benefit!! When I can, I currently cross reference IP addresses, egold #s and Scam Rating lists. Most of the time, the Scam ratings are not up to date. That is why any other points of reference are very useful.

We have now started to list programs which are on the `Black List.`

Please bear with us as it will take some time to list all the known scams/closed programs, and it will be done over a period of time. The 1st list covers programs beginning with numerals.

We are sure this will be an additional benefit to help our HYIP Search members to avoid being scammed by programs which have kept their sites up, but have stopped paying out.

Programs starting with the letters `A` to `E` have now been added.

Please don`t forget that if YOU know of any that haven`t been included in the list, if you post here we will make sure that they are added too. We are bound to miss some.

Newsletter sent to our members earlier today.

Message to all our members about a recent addition.

We are pleased to tell you that we have listened to what you, our members, wanted. So, we have now added a comprehensive list of blacklisted programs to HYIP Search. By it`s nature, it`s impossible to create an exhaustive list of closed programs, but we believe that this list is one of the biggest of it`s kind.

No doubt some of these programs, although closed and no longer paying out, will still have a site up, and taking in new spends. And it`s for this reason we felt it was important for our members to have access to a list of these types of programs so that you can check the list prior to spending.

We thank you for your continued support, and trust you will find this a useful addition to our site.

Please remember we have our forum at Web Life, http://web-life.org/vb/ if you have any queries or comments about our program.

Thanks

Geoff
