REQUIRED AMOUNT: $70,000 US

FUNDING PERIOD: Funds are required as soon as available. A funding time frame has been established for this Investment Option: if the required funds are not raised by December 1st, 2005 the Investment Option will be cancelled and all funds returned to investors.

LOAN PERIOD: SHORT TERM – 12 weeks from completion of funding. Funds are not transferred to Source until funding is complete.

PREMIUM: 200% on funds invested for 12 weeks. On a $1,000 investment you will receive $3,000 at the end of 12 weeks.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Investment amount: $1,000
Premium: 200%: 2.0 X $1000 = $2,000
Payback: After 12 weeks investor receives a total of $3,000 ($1000 investment + $2,000 premium)

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY:

• This unsecured, short-term loan is considered a high-risk investment because of its nature. It was brought to FriendlyPay™ for presentation to its membership by an individual (here after referred to as the ‘Source’) known to FriendlyPay™ for over 2 years.
• The investment involves international negotiations between personalities who appreciate privacy. FriendlyPay™ has been asked, and has agreed, to act as the investment Source's agent in order to protect/ secure the identity of the Source and other participants. The Source's identity will be revealed to those who decide to take advantage of this opportunity. A Promissory Note, signed by the Source, will be issued to each investor.
• FriendlyPay™ understands that, of the total funds invested, $15000 will be used to finance current operating expenses and the balance will be used to fund an account with either ING or CitiBank in the Far East. The funds in this account will not be disbursed as part of the Source’s operating activities but will be used to secure bank participation in receiving and issuing LC's (Letters of Credit) and PB’s (Performance Bonds) in favor of the Source and the other participating parties.
• FriendlyPay™ does not offer or provide any guarantee that the initial investment will be repaid or that the premium will be paid in part or in full. However, FriendlyPay™ will hold in escrow 15% of the funds invested as a means of partially protecting investors from the possible failure of the investment. However, Source has assured FriendlyPay™ that agreements are in place securing settlement of the investment within the 12 week deadline period.
• FriendlyPay™ will act solely as a Funds Processor/conduit for the investment, i.e., receiving investor funds, transferring them to the investment source and disseminating the Source’s repayment to FriendlyPay™ members.
• Minimum investment amount is $500. Smaller amounts are accepted into a “Pool.” The “Pool” will be invested when it reaches $500. Additional “Pools” will be created as required. If a “Pool” does not reach $500 the money is not invested and funds are returned to depositors/

You earn 0.25% - 1% for every business day (Monday to Friday), on your Egold loan to FriendlyPay. You do not earn on the profit amounts, only on the amount you loan FriendlyPay. You earn 30% every year for 3 years PLUS after the first year your initial deposit is returned to you.

For Example: If you invested $20 000 you would receive your initial $20 000 back after year 1 plus $6000 every year for 3 years, yielding a total of $38 000 ($20 000 initial investment returned after year 1 plus $18 000 in earnings) in 3 years.

The payout's begin once the $150 000 is reached. If your investment funds are not used (due to the option being full) they will be returned to you in full. You will also have the option to move them to another opportunity if you so choose.

Hmm, maybe their business don't do well and they think to make hit and run? I am extremly suspicious to something which can return you 200% in 12 weeks. Are all angel investors in the world died so they can't acquire 70k at better conditions? hmm, hmm
